🎾 Tennis Summer on ServusTV Germany – What a serve!

If advertising is meant to stand out, it can certainly think a little bigger—or, in this case, build on a much larger scale. For ServusTV Deutschland’s tennis summer, we were commissioned to create an eye-catching campaign.

At the heart of the project was the oversized tennis ball – the true centrepiece of the campaign. We modelled and manufactured this ourselves from scratch. From the initial design and construction right through to the final finish, the result was an object that, despite its size, looks authentic whilst also serving as a striking eye-catcher. The structural stability, weight and secure mounting presented particular challenges.
A BMW 3 Series Convertible, which we modified accordingly, served as the base for this structure. The bodywork was adapted and fitted with specially developed brackets so that the ball could be securely integrated. It was important to us that the vehicle and the structure formed a visual whole.

Whether tourists, Berliners or sports fans: the reactions were not long in coming. Smartphones were whipped out, photos taken, and the campaign quickly spread across social media.
A project that shows: with the right idea, a strong visual concept and a touch of extravagance, advertising becomes a real experience. 🎾
